Our washing machine had a rip in the seal so we followed the you tube video and changed it - the new seal fits perfect.
When we went to try it unfortunately it didn't work. So we did the reset, we did this several times (following the video). Still not working. A code of E18 appeared but we are unsure what the problem is. We have checked that everything is connected and it is. It can't be much wrong because it was working as normal before we changed the seal an you help please.
