could be the part that the button presses on is snapped off its called the carrier the pcb is mounted on it had this on a few machines

We can repair it. Send the module (printed circuit board) from behind the front panel and we will repair it same-day for £46.88 inc return post. Please include a note of the fault and a daytime tel no.
