We have an RCA home theater system. Not expensive, it has worked well! But now whatever disc I put in I get the Bad disc message. I watched the videos on YouTube. Problem is- the t shaped piece of plastic over the laser doesn't seem to come out. I can't find any screws! Ergo, I can't clean the laser.
Any suggestion?
Any ideas?
