V100 mixer shower - How do I remove the tails from the water inlet?

Hi
Can anyone help... I have bought a replacement v100 vertical thermostatic mixer for my shower. But when I refitted it, water still pours from the bottom of the valve so I need to replace the tails, whivh were included but can't figure out how you get them off as the whole shower is sealed?

Any help gratefully received.

I eventually found out, that there is an inspection window in the bedroom wardrobe which buts up against the shower, which then allows access to the water inlets and the back of the tails which can then be unscrewed.

It looks like the "Tails" are fixed by the two allen setscrews you can see on the side in the photo
