How can i install cd player in ford ka?

I've just bought a new goodmans cd player for my ford ka. It came with ISO connectors but it doesn't say how to attach this connector to the factory fitted wiring. Please please help!

You used to be able to get a Ford to ISO wiring converter from Halfords for about £10. It means you don't have to do any cutting of wires.
