my washing machine is a whirlpool hd 1100 heavy duty 9kg load.
it keeps stopping and bleeping, then on the digital reader is says hf. i have to stop it completely and restart a couple of times before it washers.
what does this mean ?????

your first Google search will have probably showed something like this:

Cause is probably a faulty water supply - tap not fully on, kinked or crushed hose, choked inlet strainer in the hose end, failed inlet valve, etc.

Examination of the machine and more Google searching for yourself will probably shed more light.

Use a search engine - enter Whirlpool HF error - discover that it's to do with either too much or not enough water - call in a service engineer.
