Beko integrated fridge?

I've got a beko tall larder fridge, I'd have no chance of me getting it out and I've got that horrible cheesy smell 99% sure it's from th back of my fridge any suggestions on how to deal with it, nobody on here says whether theirs are integrated.

hi i have the standard "beko frige, there should be a small plastic tray ,attached to the compressor, but on mine does not remove,

its a case of removing the waste with a cloth,or scraped off,and then cleaned with water that,s the only way to rid of the cheesey smell ,hope this helps,

There will be an electrical plug and socket to power the fridge and common sense says that it will not be behind the appliance but on the wall below or to the side.

As for the smell it may well be from an electrical fitting in the room - not necessarily the fridge. Defrost it and give it a good clean - let it dry with the doors open before powering up again.

Give all your electrical fittings - including lights - a good sniff - the plastic in them breaks down chemically over time especially high power devices - fridges are low power.

Use the search box on the top right and enter FISHY SMELL - check out the answers - also CHEESE SMELL - a few mention the Drip Tray and if it is that then the unit will have to be taken out - you may need help.

Another possible source of a bad smell may be the outside drains - the smell possibly coming up from a washing machine drain pipe which often do not have a trap bend.

Good Luck..., May 2017
