My fridge freezer floor is full of water. I keep mopping up and bailing out but it keeps coming. The fridge freezer is working ok, ice and cold water working. It seemed to happen after the fresh freeze button was pressed.

Check the manuak. It is likely there is a drain hole in the fridge, at the back. This will connect to a tube that lets condensation drain onto a tray on top of the compressor, from where it evaporates.

Said drain hole and tube often get bunged up. A good tool to clear it is the old fashioned plastic covered spring rod used for net curtains.
