Makita DMR 104 radio won't work?

I have a makita DMR 104 dab radio which doesn't work. When I turn it on the led screen lights up but nothing else happens. Any ideas guys as to the problem?

An internal electrical problem - the tuner - the amplifier - who can say? A radio doctor might be able to help but where do you find a radio doctor?
