Hi I have a Glow-worm Hideaway the pilot light is lit but the boiler
doesn't fire up so we can have hot water / heating. I can hear the seperate electric pump working when I turn the room thermometer up so I'm sure it's not the pump.

Does any one have an idea what it might be ?
