My machine had clicked sound (kick the tray) when making a coffee. So I was watching youtube video and cleaned the infuser and assembled back to the machine. After I turned it on and the infuser moved up and got stuck just under the coffee bean storage and there is a tube at the bottom of the infuser. I couldn't move it up back to the infuser. And also the arm on the top of infuser which is used to move the coffee to the coffee tray , it went to left so that's why the infuser was stuck at the position and couldn't move up or down.
