another problem?

Hudl2 windows7 carried out 8 factory resets on holiday in France. It was performing after the eighth reset now slow.
Cleared cashe's etc and three games. fine for a while now slow, to connect to net and playstore won't download or does very, very slow.
Now thinking of a ninth factory reset see if it kicks its ass into gear to work properly.
Suggestions are welcome Found nothing on the net that so far works. All this started with com.google.priocess.gapps has stopped an the 8 resets were because I could not get rid of that message, only by factory reset.

Er.... don't think the Hudl2 is a Windows device. Always thought it was Android, probably Lollipop by now.

Unfortunately that seems to be what you have done: clear cache and do Manage Space, Clear All Data.

This sounds a bit more promising: it is to do with the Google Play app in the Lollipop update already being outdated:
