Seems to be already loaded app can only disable or force stop.
Q: opening word or xcel you have a file list left of screen, in that list are many files i deleted but still show in name/ title, making an extremely long list.
These are files in title name only having deleted the file but titles of these files still appear on list and clicking on dots at side, as you do, select delete from list but they won't delete Why?

The list to which you refer is, I think the "Recent" items that have been opened in the program - er - recently, not the files that necessarily exist on your machine. Naturally, if you delete a file it will still show in the list of recently opened items, 'cos that's all the application knows about.
