Based on the amount of information in your question, all we can say is that there may be something wrong with it.
There could be a blockage in the drain system - See the manual and find out how to check the drain pump and check the drain pipe for blockage, kinks, etc.
It doesn't really help that you didn't mention the makeans model and whether there are any error indications
