I have been on holiday and turned the boiler off at the mains, on returning turned it on and the remote said Radio fault ...changed the batteries in the remote ... nothing on remote or boiler no manual control at boiler ...nothing dead, there is mains at the spur unit, any help would be appreciated, thanks

I always find if you ring the manufacturers technical helpline they can take you through a srltep bybstep test procedure to deyermine if you can resolve tje problem yourself or if you need a qualified gas engineer
