The freezer itself has been off for 4 weeks but when i turn it on it bleeps intermittently and the red like flashes on and off.

It makes noise like a slow fan turning but after left on for over 8 hours doesn't even feel cool

Hopefully it's just a faulty part I can replace just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows what to do?
