Photocopies on individual buttons are there price cannot be fixed I need to add other items that have no fixed price but cannot find a button/number to take the item. The til, is far from full there are plenty of empty numbers on the flat bed keyboard so what step am I missing

Hi Carol. Thats the problem. PLU means price look up. Use the department buttons, not the PLU buttons. By default, I think your model has about 6 departments next to the numeric pad. Have a look at the keyboard layout in the manual.
