So you are asking how to set a thermostat (or maybe a timer, or both) but for some reason you have decided not to tell us the ake or the model. Not the most helpful thing you could do.
Here's a a thought. Work out what you have, find the manuals and have a read. If you don't have the manuals they may be easy enough to find online. Gooogle search is very useful. Once you find them, download an dfile somewhere you will be able to find them Maybe if you are a Gooogle user, you could use Gooogle drive online storage. Windows offrs OneDrive, which is similar.
