Heater blower is working but no air coming out the vents pug expert ?

Peugeot expert 1999 the heater blower works on all 4 settings but nothing coming out vents, ive bin told the polen filter might blocked but ive striped all the dash out and i carnt see it any where or under the lid ,can someone please help

On the newer Experts it is in the engine compartment in the large air duct over the top of the rocker cover, four 10mm nuts hold it on
