"Cookworks" is a brand label from Argos, possibly amongst other stores. You'll need the model number (possibly on the back)
Argos do offer not bad manuals support - follow the "Help" link from their website. You may need ot contact Argos directly
Once you have the model number you could even do a Gooogle search for "model manual" (replacing "Model" with our own info.
