How can I fix my creative zen micro s/n: M1PF1080510020105U?
My creative zen micro will only let me go to the creative logo sign,and it makes a skipping a song sound. I would like someone to answer this question. please
As "Cavemanish" as this sounds...after reading many other posts...we fixed ours by removing the battery cover and battery and dropping it on a hard surface from about 6 feet in the air! It works now.
