Will the set respond to the pushbuttons on the set?
Have you checked the remote is working? (Search for "check remote with phone camera")
Have you tried unplugging the set for a few seconds and powering it on again.
Have you searched Gooogle for - say - "le32s73bd won't change channel" or "le32s73bd stuck on channel" or variations thereof
