The cable is OK. works on the DVD
TV OK. Image works on the same scart connection
Just No Image. The sound is OK and can changes channels
The set was turned off during my vacation, just pluged the electric and no image.

For anyone who has this problem. It is normally happens when you leave you digibox unpluged from the mains for a certain time.

To correct this:
1. Unplug your skybox
2. Press "Backup button" leaving on finger on the backup
3. plug your skybox with your finger still on the "Backup" button
4. A message will appear "for sky full service....",
5. If you have the message, press Backup
6. another message will show "Searching.....)
This will take a few minutes, then image and sound will appear on channel 998.
7. Use as normal.

I tried this yesterday, but no image.
I will try again.
I was told that the satallite dish has moved, if so would I still receive the sound ? or is he trying to make fast buck !
I also replaced the scart cable. but no joy.
I let you know what happens.

jean i had the same problems
can you look at this site later tonignt don't pay sky to come out i'll tell you later.
Try turning the sky off at the mains press select and back up at the same time and turn on the mains,should say updating software wait some time and see if it works.
