At the end of any wash or quick rinse, the dishwasher sometimes fails to drain and ends up with about an inch of standing water and semi-dirty dishes. The output goes into the disposal unit, so sometimes I turn the disposal unit as the water comes out, just in case. But this doesn't always work.

Anyone have this problem, and anyone know how to fix it?

Never mind, I hired a guy from Sears to fix it!! (He found a bolt lodged in the drain that apparently had fallen off of the dish rack.)
