fixing water leak in Dishlex 103?

mains pressure water was leaking from the underside or rear of the Dishlex 103WK. I have stopped the leak by turning off the water supply. How do I remove the inspection panel under the door in order to inspect the water input fitting?

Idon't know about the 103 but most Dishlex models have no floor tray. If laid on their side you can see all the workings underneath.
