Have you considered that the base of your dishwasher is flooded and therefore won’t reset? I’m not familiar with your exact machine, but most dishwashers have a little float mechanism right in the base of the machine at floor level that trigger if the base is full of water. Pull out your machine, switch off power and tilt machine backwards to see if water escapes from the base. If it does, float should reset and machine will run once powered up, assuming you have removed enough of the water that was causing the problem
