Programming SAM4S cash register till receipt?

Just purchased a second hand SAM4S er-4615 till, followed programming details for company details on till receipt which appear on till roll, but when I do a sale and print receipt company details and vat number not showing.

looking at pages 37 to 40 of above manual, it appears that 'address' 39 should be programmed with 'value' 1
