If simply pressing 'Ok' when the mesage comes up doesn't solve the issue, try this procedure: (If you don't have a Freeview box, ignore steps 1, 3 and 4)
1. Unplug your Freeview box from the mains
2. Disconnect the aerial cable from the 'RF IN' socket
3. Wait 30 seconds
4. Reconnect the mains and turn on
5. From the Settings menu perform a Factory Reset, it will fail without an aerial. Your channel list should be empty
6. Reconnect the aerial into 'RF IN' socket
7. From the Settings menu repeat a Factory Reset
8. Re-tune DTV channels
