My Zanussi washing m/c won't fill with water?

Machine doesn't fill with water. It makes all the sounds as if it is going to work but when it comes to filling up nothing happens.
I have checked that the water is turned on and I did a dynostics test but still not working.

There are a couple of things you can check after you're satisfied that the water is switched on, first is to make sure the supply hose isn't kinked and that the filter at the end of the hose isn't blocked. It would be a good idea to turn off water at the tap, unscrew the hose from the washing machine end and hold that end into a bucket to see if water flows through the hose when you turn tap on again. If you find the water flows well, you may have a faulty inlet valve or water level switch within the machine that would require replacing.
