where can I get a free manual for my Frister Rossman Cub 4 sewing machine?

someone gave me a Frister Rossman Cub 4 sewing machine which only does a zigzag stitch as I can't fathom how to change it to the straight stitch tho I've had a good look and thought it would be simple to do it.
