my tv use to be on standby each and everytime so now it don'st want to display is on standby,so my q is how to make on normal to stop being on standby?

I'm afraid you are out of luck this time, unless you provide the make and model of your TV to give us half a chance of answering your question.
There are two solutions that I can suggest in the meantime, the first is to go to ebay and buy a replacement remote control and the other, which I am certain will stop your tv being in standby mode and this is to unplug the tv from the power socket.
