Further to my answer below, when you arrive at the page in the link, there are four choices under the heading "Hinari 174 Cookwork" The most relevant for you and the clearest copy will be the second one in the list out of those four.

If you follow this link and select "Hinari 174" from the list, the manual for your machine will be here as it is the same machine as the Hinari 174, just rebranded for Argos who sold it.
