my blower in my ford Ka is not working?

none of the speeds on the dial in my ka are working hot air is coming out but the blower isnt blowing the heat out.

my blowers also cut out and whenever i pushed down on the floor on the passenger side they started to work so it is highly likely that like the person says it is you heat resistor that has burnt out.

thank you for your advice but we have changed the resistor and still we have no joy do you know of any other things to try ?

take your car to a auto electric garage.
This just happened to my gf/s KA also. Down in the passenger foot well there is a heater resistor and this will have burnt out!!!
It cost me £35 to fix.
