When I trun my gas oven on it comes on but it won’t go up to say gas mark 7 it’s like it’s on gas mark 1 or 2 but when I trun it up to gas mark 7 it just stays like it’s on a lower setting Can any 1 help please it a gas range oven

Sounds like the flame failure device in the oven is either faulty or the pilot flame isn't playing on it properly.

Check the manual.

Unfortunately no-one can help you much more because "it's a range cooker" doesn't exactly describe the make and model, now does it?
