We purchased this TV stand in August, weather has turned cold and we turned on the heater this week, it ran for about an hour and we got E# as an error code and the heater stopped working. Help??
We had the same problem with ours they sent a new one and it lasted 3 mounts and it had burnt wires they said they can't send us a new one......good luck

If you only bought it a couple of months ago it'll still be under guarantee, won't it? You'll invalidate any guarantee if you start fiddling
