Smeg Integrated dishwasher?

I switched my Smeg integrated dishwasher off at the main and when I put it back on every light was flashing and I can’t get it to stop. I don’t know the model as I can’t find the leaflet, but it is about 18 months old.

Smeg have a 2 year warranty which can be extended if you register. You did that, didn't you?
