The door open light stays on on my whirlpool., despite the door being shut. I have tried pulling the power plug from the mains socket and plugging it again. This has not worked. Are there any suggestions pls. Thanks
Faulty door lock possibly, as this will include the switch that tells the machine the door is shut and locked. There are videos and self no sites to be found that show you what to do.
