I don't know about the TV, but a possible alternative if you can't tune the TV to the Video, is to tune the Video to the TV.
You can do this by adjusting it's RF output channel (most do).
The RF output needs to correspond to an existing free TV channel position. Most untuned TV channel positions (in U.K.) default to UHF Channel '21' or '471.25MHz' although this may well be different, so you might have to find the frequency through trial and error.
The RF output (or modulator output) adjustment is usually found in the Video's set up menu on new video, or by pressing a sequence of keys on older models. (If very old by a small screw adjustment on the rear of base of video.)
Your other option of course is to by-pass the TV tuner completely and simply connect your video to the TV with an AV cable, eg. via a Scart Cable or RCA Phono Cable.
