I have a Siemens XLS 1600 washing machine which has shown an error message beriet. I have tried to reset it with the power off but still still displays the berieght error. If I leave the power off for five minutes it will then start properly but pulls up when coming to add softener and just sits there pumping out then stops.
Is there a simple solution to this pls?

Can you please confirm EXACTLY what the error code is that the machine gives you? Neither of the spellings you give throw op any search results.
