How can I stop my alarm going off on my car?

I have a Ford Mondeo 2.0 2001 (Y), I have a little problem with the alarm. Every now and then after I have locked the doors either with the fob or key the horn sounds and the indicators flash. I have done the checks in test mode but all ok. Could someone please tell me why the alarm should go off without any reason and how I can solve the problem.

when i had this problem with the alarm i had to change the alarm sensor under the bonet there is a test you can do to find out what sensor is the problem if you call your main dealer they will tell you how to do it
