Russell Hobbs Microwave 'HOB GJ/AL31' does NOT heat?

Russell Hobbs Microwave 'HOB GJ/AL31' works, ie table turns, timers work etc, BUT does not heat anything.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem and if so, can I fix it economically?

Given that the oven is 10-15:years old it might be simpler and better to get a new one, which would have a warranty. It'd also beca LOT safer than trying to examine the old one. Microwaves can still be lethal even when unplugged.
