pull out washing machine make sure power off first lean machine backwards so that you can gain access to underneathyou will see catchpot ( BLACK RUBBER/) with pair of grips take off catchpot make sure you have got as much water out as poss and catch remainder of water with bowl or similar if you are lucky you might feel wire if you cannot feel wire with fingers it means you have to completely strip washer downdont forget to put back clip to hold catchpot
