roof felt is split under tiles leaving in slight water. accesible from under ceiling is there anything which could seal this crack without taking tiles off.
if it is only slight why not repair by laping felt from the inside this is what roofers do!!

to do proper job tiles will need to be stripped so you can refelt,roofs are started from the bottom,and worked up,same as felt,to create water tight seal,hope this helps

replace broken tiles,
the roof felt is merely a secondary (emergency ) waterproof membrane. If this leaks the roof tiles needs repairing.
Replace/Refit loose or broken tiles and use flashing tape
to repair the (roof felt) underfelt
