Trojan program Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Zlob.bjf
is in my computer ihave a kaspersky 6.0 and it can't remove it.
what sould i do?

My computer is inflected by Trojan program Trojan-Downloader Win32. Agent,jj, Win32.SCkeyLog.ac, Win32.Agent.bkd, Win32.Agent.alr, Trojan-Spy Win32.perfloger.i, Spy Win 32.perfloger.ab, Virus Email-Worm Win32 VB bj.
I used kaspersky 6 to scan but it is not effective and they are still inflect my computer. How can i remove them? I know location where they are being now but I can not remove them. Can synmatic program remove them? Can I run synmactic in my computer and Kaspersky together at the same time or Must I remove Kaspersky to install Synmatic.

Most virus chekers can not remove viruses which are in memory before they know about them, if your virus checker is telling you where the file is, then boot to safe mode and delete it, if not use a real virus checker like www.cryptic.co.uk which deletes viruses on reboot if they are locked and active.
