How do I tune in a Matsui 148IB TV?

I want to tune a matsui 148IB TV into a satellite digibox. There are two tuning buttons and two fine tuning buttons, but nothing seems to happen when I press the buttons. Unfortunatly this a very old model and dosn't have a scart lead.
