I JUST REPLACED THE INK TANKS BUT THE COMPUTER WILL NOT PRINT. BELIEVE PRINTER HEAD IS PLUGGED.

My canon printer has been fine until know.. at the moment it is printing in colour but not in black. I have tried everything and I cannot rectify the problem.
