Our Delonghi Pinguino 3x3 PAC20 portable air conditioning unit does not blow very cold air when in air coniditioning mode. Fans ect all work well. This unit has hardly been used and the filter is clean. Any ideas????????

Because I was not using my deLonghi Pinguino PAC 160 portable air conditioner in an enclosed space, when the temperature got to about 70 F, it was not blowing cold air.

My portable air conditioner provided high quality comfort in temperatures in the region of 60.

Just googled your ac machine and see it is ducted. Make sure this goes outside!! If not its defo short.

Yep- Its short of gas. call your local ac service engineers. Also make sure you check the outdoor coil. If its dirty this will also cause loss of duty. If not- check that the compressor runs. Stick it in full cooling- (snowflake sign and lowest temp) and listen for the outdoor unit to start. Trust me you will know when it does. If it starts, and the coil is clean- its short for sure.
