how much watts of A/CPACR8000?
T.khan, August 2010
8000 probably represents the power in BTU (British Thermal Units) and if so the Wattage is 8000 x 0.293071 which results in an answer of 2.345 kW - call it 2.4 for cash...

There should (by law I think) be a rating plate on the appliance but it may indicate BTUs rather than Watts.
