not sure if it simular to the excel model, but i had that running water problem after turning off the shower. if it is simular, take off the front and dismantil the mechinism unti you seen a white part showing through the centre. there will be a small flow of water, (i had no stop cock to work with)but not enough to worry about. done it in dry cloths and only wet my socks!!. relace the bits which you should lay out in line for reassembling, tighten each part and if your as luck as me(who though i'd have to buy a new unit, it should work. in other words, there was just a loose part inside, proberly due to heat and cold exchanges and only needed tightining. there are no washers to replace. genuin about the flow of water. tony o' connor, athlone westmeath irleand.
