why wont my ultima except fabric softner after the clothes our washed ,after they are washed the fabric softner remains in the loading drawer why isnt it getting washed into the clothes

Hello, a couple of things spring to mid that the soap dispenser drawer needs removing completely and a rael good clean with soapy water and then rinsed and make sure the tube where the conditioner gets taken down is clear of all gunge or other obstruction.

The other thing is that it could be a faulty electric water solenoid on the conditioner side of things.
